OUR MISSION

Speroway, in partnership with caring Canadians, responds to the needs of children and their families, in Canada and around the world, by providing food, medicine, education and other essentials with Christian love, compassion and integrity.

WHO WE ARE

Speroway is an international non-profit relief organization – A Canadian Registered Charity.

WHAT DOES SPEROWAY MEAN?

What does Speroway mean? Our unique name combines Spero, the Latin word for “hope”, with way, representing the path we follow. Pronounced spare-o-way, it represents a hopeful way forward, both for our organization and the people we assist.

OUR PLEDGE TO YOU

Our pledge to you is to be effective in our helping children and families in need by being responsible stewards of the funds entrusted to us. Donated funds and goods will be dedicated to programs that fulfill our objectives for reaching children and families in need while ensuring Canadian government guidelines are met.

WHAT WE DO

Because of the tireless work of helping hands both at home and abroad, and despite the challenges of global economic recession, Speroway continues to be effective in delivering relief to many people.

YOUR SUPPORT

Speroway has met or exceeded CRA guidelines in its ongoing efforts to deliver hope to needy children in Canada and around the world. In 2011, 7.7% of our total revenue was used for necessary fundraising. In cases where donations exceed what is needed or where local conditions prevent program implementation, Speroway will redirect funds to similar activities to help needy people.
